    Attention exploiting tech

    One area of concern is the use of notifications and alerts, which can be highly distracting and can interrupt the flow of a task or activity. However, there is a growing movement for "ethical design," which emphasizes the need for designers to consider the impact of their work on users' well-being and to design products that are mindful of users' attention and cognitive resources.`
